Arboretum Volčji Potok
Arboretum Volčji Potok is an extensive botanical park that stretches along streams and meadows near the town of Kamnik and not far from the capital. It is quite rightly declared a cultural monument of national importance - a pearl of garden beauty.

The botanical park has a rich collection of beech, birch, oak, linden, maple, Japanese cherry, magnolia, pine, fir, cypress, spruce, yew, alien, and rhododendron. In total, the park has over 5,000 domestic and foreign plant species of trees, shrubs and other plants.
A spacious landscaped park (85 ha) with sandy paths offers the possibility of long walks and rest - at the same time great location for creating beautiful photos - PHOTO LOCATION!
The Volčji potok Arboretum organizes various cultural events (concerts, exhibitions, puppet shows and workshops for children). Within the park there is a garden center where you can shop and a café Arboretum.
The park offers relaxation and entertainment for children on a large children's playground (on a trampoline, slides, climbing walls and slides), where benches are also taken care of by parents.
